Deborah Oliver – President
Deborah is an accomplished, result oriented executive with a banking and sales background that span twenty (20) plus years. Her successful experience as a former business owner, loan officer, and financial counselor along with her management skills has proven to be invaluable to GPS-Solutions.
George Oliver III – Senior Vice President and Co-Founder
George has over 20 years of diverse managerial sales and marketing experience. He possesses highly technical skills in computer information systems, training, inventory control, and project management. George has a level headed disciplined approach to the task at hand, with the exceptional ability to anticipate potential obstacles and short-comings. He also has a strong record of excellence and acknowledgement for getting the job done. George has a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Jimmy Daniels – Vice President of Research & Development
Jimmy has over 46 years of experience in Information Technology. He was one of the first African American computer programmers at the Kennedy Space Center in the Space Flight Simulations Division for the flight crew training center. He was President and CEO of Alpha Business Supplies, Inc. and Business Productivity Systems, Inc. for over twenty years. His skills include corporate management, systems integration, and major project management. Jimmy attended Dartmouth College majoring in Computer Science/Project Management.
Angela Davis – Chief Financial Officer
Angela Davis, President and Founder of Angela Davis Consulting, LLC., has more than 20 years experience in the field of retail banking, mortgage lending and project management. Her background originated in financial planning and small business development in the early 90’s but has progressed into asset management and capacity building for the last ten years. She is a certified FICO professional who has helped many agencies realize their growth potential and step into their future. Angela has worked with some of the largest non and for profit companies to deliver stellar training, consulting and technical assistance. Her client list includes but is not limited to, SunTrust Bank, NA, Wells Fargo, NA, JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, NeighborWorks America, Catholic Charities, Habitat for Humanity Michigan, the Metropolitan Orlando Urban League, US Treasury (EHLP), Florida A&M College of Law and The Michigan State Housing Authority (MSHDA). Angela’s career spans both the corporate and non-profit industry thus she is able to communicate on both levels. She has helped numerous agencies reach their potential and become empowered in the process.
Ernie LaSalle – Chief Operations Officer
Ernie has over 30 years of managerial sales, marketing and entrepreneurial experience. His successful experience as an owner in multiple business operations, has given him the experience to train, create and to maintain all type of levels of managerial positions. Ernie has an A.S. degree in marketing and a B.S. degree in business management from Strayer University.
LaWanda Drummer – Project Manager
LaWanda currently works for a branch of the local government where she has 25 years administrative experience. Her strong points are organization, event planning, team building and she has a sharp eye for detail. LaWanda continues to assist profit and non-profit organizations in the community coordinate their business seminars, fund raising events, and also health and job fairs.
Gaile Moody Plowden – Project Manager
Gaile is an experienced project manager specializing in housing and community development and grant writing. Her specific areas of expertise include housing revitalization, strategic planning, contract administration and training. She has successfully coordinated multi-million dollar revitalization projects (commercial and residential) in both Pennsylvania and Florida. Gaile has a B.S. Degree from Penn State University and is a graduate of the Harvard University, Divinity School Summer Leadership Institute.
De’Cory Kelso – Director of Social Media
De’Cory is responsible for maintaining GPS-Solutions, Inc.’s Facebook and Twitter accounts. Each day he posts GPS-Solutions, Inc.’s upcoming events, inspirational thoughts and important sports news on both of the company’s social media pages. De’Cory is currently finishing his AA at Valencia Community College. Beginning in August of this year he will begin working towards obtaining a Bachelors degree in Sports Management from the University of Central Florida. He is a former athlete who played both football and basketball at his high school alma mater Olympia High School.
Traci L. Kimes, RN, BSN – Risk Management/Medical Consultant
Traci L. Kimes, RN, BSN, is President/CEO of Clinical Research Consulting, Incorporated (CRCI). Traci is also Co-Founder of the former not for profit organization, the Central Florida Coalition for Health Awareness, Inc. She is a Registered Nurse, with certification in Oncology, by background; and has been a community health awareness advocate and educator for over 20 years. Traci received her BS degree in Nursing from Morris Brown College, Atlanta, Georgia. Traci worked in the areas of Pediatric and Adult Oncology until she entered the field of Clinical Research with Eli Lilly and Company, an Indianapolis based pharmaceutical company. She is currently operating CRCI clinical research services, which includes HIPAA education; Quality Assurance and Risk Management education/consulting services; providing certified training to physicians to become clinical investigators for the conduct of clinical investigational trials. Traci continues to work in a consultancy capacity with Pharma and CRO organizations in relation to governmental regulations for patient safety, patient privacy, and risk assessment.
Len Burnett – GPS-Solutions, Inc. Board Member
Len Burnett has been an entrepreneur for over 40 years. He is currently a partner in gift shops in the Orlando International Airport. And he has been a partner in a 12-store Burger King Chain. Len Burnett has written several business publications including manuals on starting and operating a business. He has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS from the University of Oregon. Len Burnett has been a strong community leader having served as Chairman of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida and on the Executive Committee of the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida.
Dr. LaVon Wright Bracy – GPS-Solutions, Inc. Board Member
LaVon Bracy experiences have been vast. She has worked as a College and Church Administrator, a State employee, political consultant and non profit volunteer. She is an author and a sought out motivational speaker.
LaVon Bracy received her Bachelor of Science Degrees (B.S.) from Fisk University,Nashville, Tennessee; Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida; the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Administration, University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida.
